Sexual harassment case: TERI chief Pachauri seeks anticipatory bail

The Director General of The Energy Research Institute (TERI) Dr Rjaendra Kumar Pachauri has moved an anticipatory bail application in New Delhi's Saket court on Monday. He is seeking stay on a possible arrest in an alleged sexual harassment case. The Delhi High Court had given him protection till Monday while asking him to seek relief from a designated lower court. Pachauri is accused of sexually harassing a 29-year-old colleague at the TERI.
