Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar once again attacked and commented on Modi saying that he had lost basic courtesy and etiquette.

At engineering college inauguration function in Chandi, Nitish kumar said, "I extended full courtesy, when I received him (the PM) at the airport. However, he did not return the same courtesy to the lone state government representative and road construction department minister Rajiv Ranjan alias Lallan Singh, by not allowing him to speak even for two minutes at a recent function in Arrah.”

Modi in his election rally at Arrah questioned Kumar’s stand on the Bihar’s Bimaru status, responding to the modi’s question Kumar answered, "People can call me a 'yachak' (solicitor) or a beggar, but I will continue to strive for the state's development till my last breath."

Nitish Kumar further raised comments on Modi which includes that Modi will only visit Bihar at the time of elections but he himself was a permanent fixture.

"I will always be with you; I am not going anywhere, Janta hume jaise rakhegi, hum waisi hi rahenge (I will stay here the way people want me to),” said Nitish.
