Delhi Police to File Chargesheet against 21 AAP MLAs including CM

Aam Aadmi Party is in serious trouble as Delhi Police is in the process of completing a charge-sheet against 21 of its members, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia. In all, a total of 25 criminal cases are pending against those parties MLA. The case Kejriwal involve holding protest / demonstration despite orders prohibiting and preventing the officials to do their duty. Ex-Minister Somnath Bharti law is accused of domestic violence and mental torture. The former minister Jitendra Singh Tomar Delhi Law is accused for holding fake degrees. Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, who attended the protest Bhawan Railway in January 2014, was booked for violation of prohibitory orders too. AAP Kondli MLA Manoj Kumar is probed on charges of fraud and forgery, instigating the security forces and bad behavior with a woman. It has four FIR against him. AAP leader Ashutosh reacted after reports came that the Delhi Police is filing chargesheets train, said the chargesheet is filed to distract people from the controversy surrounding foreign minister Sushma Swaraj. "To distract Sushma, history of 21 AAP members to be arrested, was planted by MODI GOVT. Gullible TV channels are happily running. Haha," he tweeted. Also mocked the reports, he said, "My name is missing from the list of persons to be arrested by Delhi police.Feeling left me aside and unimportant."
