As a part of part disciplinary act, all the party leaders are not supposed to cross or act opposite to the party rules which were set in the party.
But, when they cross the rules some of the disciplinary act and punishment will be given to them.
The same thing has happened in case of the congress party leaders in Bihar. They have crossed the party rules and acted according to their wish.
So, as a result and also as a part of anti-disciplinary act the congress heads have suspended 51 candidates who were against the rule.
The wrong they have done is, they have contested the Assembly elections against official candidates of the party and Grand Secular Alliance.
They have been suspended for the next six years from the party and the decision was taken by the head of the congress disciplinary committee named MLA Jaganath Prasad Rai.
The congress chief spokesperson H K Verma said in a statement that, “Those on whom the axe fell included senior leaders like Raghunandan Manjhi, Sidhnath Rai, Sunita Devi and former state Youth Congress chief Lallan Kumar.”
