Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan in an interview with the English News Channel said that there is growing intolerance in the country and also said that he will return his National Award if required.
As all party members does, the BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya protested his words and took twitter to express his opinion on SRK. "It seems that although he lives in India, his aatma (soul) is in Pakistan."
Kailash also called the Happy New Year actor as ‘Bharat Virodhi’. After facing many criticisms Kailash retook his tweets saying, “My intention was not to hurt anyone. I take back my yesterday’s tweet.”
Also extended his support for Shah Rukh and said that “After Amitabh, Shah Rukh would not have been the most popular actor. Some people have drawn different meaning from my tweet.”
As of now, all the party leaders were in support with Kailash. But, now the Twitterati wants him to leave India As soon as possible. Here are some tweets:
