Tollywood Young Tiger is on high with the super success of his recent outing Nannaku Prematho and in the same excitement, Jr NTR is all set to start his new movie Janatha Garage.
Already, a costly set has been erected at Saradhi studios, to start the first schedule. But the makers are still playing hide and seek in choosing the female lead for the film.
Nitya Menon is already confirmed as the second female lead and the hunt is now on for the main lead. In the beginning, though a few suggested Samantha, because of Rabhasa failure sentiment, NTR ignored her.
Other names like Kajal, Regina, Rashee Khanna are heard, but NTR is showing showing special interest on Rakul Preeth Singh, as she is a part of Nannaku Prematho, which is a super hit. So expecting Rakul would bring luck to Janatha Garage too, NTR is keen on landing her into the film.
But Koratala Siva is concentrating on Sruthi Haasan, who is a part of his last outing Srimanthudu. He is opining that, Sruthi’s presence in the film, would send positive vibrations to his film again.
But NTR-Sruthi Haasan combination has a very bad history through Ramaiah Vastavaiah. Not just that the film was a disaster, there are even several divided opinions on the combination.
At this point of time, considering her opposite NTR again, would be a daring step. So it should be seen, between NTR or Koratala, who wins in the battle for the heroine.
