Titanic actress Kate Winslet says she would change nothing about her personal life – including her two divorces – claiming that “it’s very important to teach your children to struggle on some levelâ€. The Oscar-winning actress, who has three children by three husbands, said she had turned all the “bad bits†into positive experiences. She wed Ned RocknRoll, the nephew of Sir Richard Branson, in 2012 and gave birth to their son, Bear, a year later. Winslet also has a 14-year-old daughter, Mia, from her first marriage to Jim Threapleton, and a son, Joe, 11, from her second marriage to Sam Mendes. “I think it’s very important to teach your children to struggle on some level,†she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I would honestly say that I wouldn’t change a thing. Even all the bad bits. Because of her role as a mom, she said she's not focused on trying to get back to her pre-baby size. "Life is just too short to be spending time focusing on things like that. I want to keep my health and my sanity and be well-fed and happy. I was nowhere near my pre-pregnancy shape when Bear was 12 weeks old -- I was breastfeeding, apart from anything else, and hungry all the time -- and nor would I have wanted to be," she said. "And, do you know what? My body will never go back to what it was, and I wouldn’t expect it to after three babies." Speaking out on the subject is important, she said, so that women have more realistic expectations of their own bodies. Now 39, Winslet said she's learned to embrace her looks.
