Remember Julie? The erotic drama that had brought in the era of sensual films in Bollywood, and made former Miss India Neha Dhupia a household name. Now years later, the director of the first film, Deepak Shivdasani, is set to make a sequel to the film. Titled Julie 2, the film will star Raai Laxmi who will be replacing the original star, Neha. This movie first look poster is also revealed moments ago.
”The film’s caption reads bold-beautiful-blessed. This film is indeed all of those. Also, I consider myself blessed for having got a film like this as my debut in Bollywood. It is a really special film and I am not saying this because this is my 50th film. I am saying it because I was looking for a script that was something special and this script was exactly that. I can tell you that this film is going to touch people’s hearts. It has all that I have wanted to do in my films so far and missed out on.” Raai Laxmi tweets in twitter.
Coming to the poster show’s Raai Laxmi’s bare back which is partly covered by a transparent white fabric, showing more than it can hide! With the posters getting bolder day by day, we are waiting for the day Censor Board starts their work on them.
It is being produced by Deepak Shivdasani and Vijay Nair. The film is scheduled to release on 12 August 2016.
